Dubai will introduce revised speed limits on five major roads from 1 November 2026, including Al Mustaqbal Street, which serves the DIFC and surrounding business district.
Under the changes announced by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), the speed limit on the specified section of Al Mustaqbal Street will increase from 60 to 70 km/h in both directions.
The change may be relevant to DIFC employees, residents and visitors who use the road to travel between the financial district and other parts of Dubai. However, the effect on individual journeys will depend on their routes and traffic conditions.
Motorists are advised to check road signs and follow the revised speed limits when the changes take effect on 1 November.
