Dubai – 02 September 2026
A new dining and nightlife concept, Atelier Kū, is set to open in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in December 2026, bringing together haute cuisine, cocktails, live music and high-fidelity sound.
Located on the 15th floor of Emirates Financial Towers, Atelier Kū will feature a 45-seat restaurant alongside a separate Hi-Fi bar. The restaurant will offer panoramic 180-degree views of DIFC and Downtown Dubai, with a grand piano and live performances adding to the evening atmosphere.
Haute Cuisine Meets Design
The culinary programme will be led by Chef Artem Estafev, who trained in Paris under renowned chef Alain Ducasse. Guests will be able to choose between a 12-course set menu and à la carte dining, while a Chef’s Table for up to four guests will offer a more intimate experience.
The interiors are being designed by Barcelona-based studio External Reference, led by architect Carmelo Zappulla. The design will combine natural materials, bespoke furniture and sculptural details, drawing inspiration from the relationship between architecture and music.
A Hi-Fi Bar with a Different Atmosphere
The adjoining Hi-Fi bar will offer a darker and more intimate setting, with leather, natural wood, low lighting and vinyl records at the centre of the experience.
The cocktail programme will be led by Andrey Bolshakov, creator of Insider Bar, with Executive Cocktail Designer Ilya Velikanov overseeing the in-house cocktail selection.
The venue will also feature an open Atelier connecting the restaurant and bar, reflecting its focus on creativity, craftsmanship and design.
With its combination of fine dining, live music, cocktails and high-fidelity sound, Atelier Kū is set to offer a distinctive addition to DIFC’s growing dining scene when it opens in December 2026.
