Dubai – 31 August 2026
Dubai is set to welcome a new kind of dining destination this September, as AY-VY opens its doors in the heart of DIFC on 15 September 2026.
Described as a “living canvas for the restless and the global”, AY-VY aims to be more than just a restaurant. The concept brings together Pan-Asian cuisine, contemporary art, music, cocktails and immersive design, creating an experience that is designed to continue long after dinner.
The menu draws inspiration from across Asia, with sushi, sashimi, dim sum and robata alongside standout dishes such as grilled black cod with shacha sauce, Peking duck with caviar and foie gras bao, and truffle and pine nut dumplings. A 10-course omakase is also expected to offer a more curated dining experience.
Beyond the food, AY-VY’s interiors are designed to make an impression, with rich colours, velvet, reflective surfaces and striking artwork. Its cocktail bar follows the same creative approach, incorporating flavours such as yuzu, shiso, sesame and jasmine.
Located at Al Fattan Currency House in Dubai International Financial Centre, AY-VY is aiming to become a destination where food, art and nightlife come together under one roof.
With ambitions to expand beyond Dubai, including potential future locations in cities such as New York and Ibiza, AY-VY could be the beginning of a much bigger global hospitality story.
