DUBAI, 22nd September, 2025 (WAM) The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the independent regulator of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), has officially launched the 2025 cohort of its Masaar Graduate Programme. This flagship initiative aims to equip high-potential UAE Nationals with the knowledge and skills needed for careers in financial regulation, supporting Dubai and the UAE’s broader vision of developing world-class national talent in the financial services sector.
This year, six distinguished UAE National graduates have been welcomed into the programme, selected for their academic excellence, leadership potential, and dedication to public service. Over the next two years, they will undergo comprehensive training to become part of the next generation of financial regulators.
The DFSA’s graduate programme has played a key role in developing UAE National talent and strengthening the regulatory capacity of the DIFC the premier financial centre serving the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia region.
Fadel Al Ali, Chairman of the DFSA, stated: “The launch of the Masaar programme underscores our strong commitment to empowering UAE National talent and preparing future leaders with the expertise required to thrive in a rapidly evolving financial environment.”
Mark Steward, Chief Executive of the DFSA, commented: The graduate programme has long been a cornerstone of our talent development strategy. Through Masaar, we are elevating this commitment by offering a select group of young UAE Nationals a unique, hands-on experience enabling them to rotate across key functions and build a solid foundation for successful careers in financial regulation.”
