Known as one of the city’s leading lifestyle and dining destinations, DIFC is marking the holy month with a mix of tradition, contemporary flavours and elegant settings designed for meaningful gatherings.
With more than 115 restaurants spread across Gate Village, Gate District and Gate Avenue, DIFC offers one of the most diverse culinary scenes in Dubai. This Ramadan, visitors can enjoy everything from carefully crafted set menus to lavish buffets and refined Suhoor experiences, many accompanied by live music. Whether it’s a family gathering, a corporate Iftar or a quiet late-night meal with friends, there’s something to suit every occasion.
Here are some of the highlights this season:
Alaya – Sufret Alaya
At Alaya, Ramadan is celebrated around ‘Sufret Alaya’, inspired by the Arabic word sufra, meaning the dining table that brings people together. The experience focuses on sharing, warmth and connection in a luxurious setting.
The Iftar menu begins with dates and lentil soup, followed by a selection of cold and hot starters including hummus, grape leaves dolma, beef kibbeh and shish kofte. For the main course, guests can choose from dishes such as lamb shank or shish chicken served with maqluba rice. The experience is available as an individual set menu or a group option, making it ideal for both intimate evenings and larger gatherings.
Iftar is priced at AED 220 per person, while the group set menu is AED 330 per guest.

Layali Al-Ritz – The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC
For those seeking a grand setting, Layali Al-Ritz at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC offers an elegant Iftar experience in the Samaya Ballroom. Guests can enjoy a generous buffet featuring Arabic mezzeh, a seafood bar, live cooking stations and an array of desserts, all accompanied by live oud music.
Designed for families, social gatherings and corporate groups, the atmosphere blends tradition with refined luxury.
Iftar is AED 299 per adult and AED 150 per child (6–12 years).

MINA Brasserie – A Time to Reconnect
MINA Brasserie presents a soulful three-course Iftar that brings together Arabian influences and modern Western techniques. Created by Executive Chef Rami Nasser and Chef de Cuisine Kevin Vieira, the menu balances comfort and creativity in an elegant yet welcoming space.
The experience includes soup and beverages and is designed to encourage guests to slow down and reconnect during the holy month.

Penrose Lounge – Balance of the Night Suhoor
For Suhoor, Penrose Lounge at Four Seasons DIFC introduces ‘Balance of the Night’, a refined three-course sharing menu served in an intimate setting with live oud music. Inspired by the idea that beauty lies in harmony, the menu carefully balances flavours, textures and temperatures, blending sweet and savoury elements with subtle elegance.
Suhoor is priced at AED 215 per person.

Shanghai ME – Contemporary Asian Flavours
Shanghai ME is offering a special Ramadan set menu in place of its early dinner service. The menu includes a salad, starter, main course with a side and dessert, combining contemporary Asian flavours with the spirit of the season. The offer runs daily from 17 February to 18 March, between 5:30pm and 7:00pm.
