About the Sky Gardens
Sky Gardens is a prominent 45-storey residential tower located within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), marking a significant milestone as the district’s first residential development. Developed by Al Mazaya Holding Company, construction of Sky Gardens began in March 2005 and was completed in 2008, though the project experienced some initial delays due to disagreements between the developer and various stakeholders. Designed by the acclaimed architectural firm WS Atkins & Partners, the tower rises to a height of 160 meters (525 feet) and features a total of 575 residential units, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as seven luxurious penthouses.
One of the defining characteristics of Sky Gardens is its integration of lush green spaces within the building itself.
