About the Park Tower
Park Towers is a distinguished mixed-use development situated in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Developed by DAMAC Properties, the project comprises two 49-storey elliptical towers, each standing approximately 120 meters tall. Construction commenced in 2004 and concluded in 2011, with the completion certificate received in July 2011.
Designed by the renowned San Francisco-based firm Gensler, the towers feature a distinctive solar glass façade, with each of the 3,200 triangular panels uniquely shaped, creating a dynamic and modern aesthetic.
The development offers a blend of residential, commercial, and retail spaces. Residential units, including studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments, occupy the upper floors, while the lower floors house office spaces and retail outlets. Amenities include a temperature-controlled swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, barbecue area, and landscaped gardens.
