Dubai – 1 October 2026
October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month, bringing greater attention to breast health, early detection and the importance of regular health checks. In DIFC, the community will mark the month with a dedicated awareness initiative at Central Park Towers, adding a touch of pink to the district while encouraging conversations around an important health issue.
Taking place on Thursday, 8 October, the initiative will offer visitors an opportunity to learn more about breast cancer awareness and show their support. A complimentary goodie bag containing an informative flyer, a flower and a pink treat will also be available as part of the activity.
Beyond the pink ribbon that has become a recognised symbol of breast cancer awareness, the initiative highlights the importance of paying attention to breast health and staying informed. Breast Cancer Awareness Month provides an opportunity for communities to encourage early detection, share reliable health information and support people affected by the disease.
The DIFC initiative will take place from 12:30pm to 2:30pm on the P2 Level of the Office Tower at Central Park Towers. By bringing the campaign into the workplace and community environment, the activity creates a simple opportunity for people in DIFC to pause, learn and show support for a wider health cause.
As Breast Cancer Awareness Month begins, the initiative adds a health and wellbeing element to DIFC’s October community activities, reminding employees, residents and visitors that awareness and conversations around health can play an important role throughout the year.
