About the Burj Daman Tower

Burj Daman is a mixed-use development in the Dubai International Financial Centre that combines luxury residences, Grade A office space, hospitality, and retail within a single integrated complex. Developed by Daman Real Estate Capital Partners and designed by the international architecture firm Perkins & Will, the project has become a well-established part of DIFC’s built environment and continues to attract both businesses and residents.

Construction commenced in 2006, with the development completed in phases between 2013 and 2014. The complex comprises a 65-storey residential tower containing approximately 274 apartments, alongside a 15-storey office tower offering around 681,000 square feet of premium commercial space. This blend of residential, corporate, and hospitality functions reflects the integrated approach that has shaped many of DIFC’s landmark developments.

One of Burj Daman’s most distinctive features is its nine-level podium, which incorporates an advanced automated parking system capable of accommodating more than 2,300 vehicles. The development also houses Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, adding a luxury hospitality component that complements the wider mix of uses within the complex.

The office tower was designed with large, flexible floor plates and modern building infrastructure, making it well suited to multinational corporations, financial institutions, and professional services firms. Residents, meanwhile, benefit from a central location within walking distance of many of DIFC’s restaurants, hotels, galleries, and lifestyle destinations.

Burj Daman also holds LEED Gold certification, reflecting a focus on sustainability and operational efficiency. More than a decade after its completion, the development remains an established mixed-use destination within DIFC, bringing together residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces in one integrated address.

• By Car: Enter via DIFC exit from Sheikh Zayed Road; parking available in the tower and nearby.
• By Metro: Red Line → Financial Centre Station → 8–10 min walk
• By Taxi: Ask for “Burj Daman, DIFC”; 10–15 min from Downtown Dubai.
