About ICD Brookfield
ICD Brookfield Place is a landmark mixed-use development in DIFC, developed through a joint venture between the Investment Corporation of Dubai and Brookfield Properties and designed by Foster + Partners. Construction began in 2016, and the development was completed and opened in 2020.
The main tower rises 53 storeys and is primarily a commercial office building, providing around 990,000 square feet of Grade A office space. It is complemented by a five-storey retail and lifestyle component, with dining, retail, wellness and community spaces. A notable feature of the design is the 31-metre-high Summer Garden, conceived as a shaded public space and social centre for the development.
The development provides 2,700 parking spaces across seven basement levels, making it well suited to both office tenants and visitors. Its central DIFC location also provides convenient access to public transport, with Financial Centre Metro Station approximately five minutes away and Emirates Towers Metro Station around seven minutes on foot, both on Dubai Metro's Red Line.
