About DIFC Square
Within DIFC’s expanding business district, DIFC Square is a new commercial development by DIFC Developments, completed in 2026. The development brings together three interconnected glass-fronted buildings of 8, 10 and 13 floors, providing around 600,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space alongside retail and F&B areas.
Designed and constructed within a 24-month timeframe, the development provides convenient access to DIFC’s wider business, dining, retail and lifestyle destinations. The development adds a new generation of office and lifestyle spaces to DIFC, with dedicated parking, retail outlets and food and beverage concepts incorporated into the complex.
Its interconnected buildings and architectural bridge create a distinctive feature within the development, while the surrounding spaces provide areas for people working in and visiting DIFC. Completed ahead of schedule and 100 per cent pre-leased before handover, DIFC Square reflects the continued demand for Grade A commercial space and forms part of DIFC’s wider expansion.
