About the DAMAC Park Towers

DAMAC Park Towers, completed in 2011, stand as an iconic architectural landmark within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Developed by DAMAC Properties and designed by the renowned architectural firm Gensler, the twin-tower complex comprises two sleek, elliptical high-rises rising 49 storeys each, reaching a height of approximately 192 meters. The project was conceived as part of the broader vision to establish DIFC as a global financial hub, blending premium-grade commercial space with cutting-edge design and infrastructure.

From the outset, the architectural design of Park Towers aimed to project both elegance and innovation. The buildings’ curved glass façades – crafted from custom-fabricated triangular solar glass panels – were inspired by the ornate detailing of Fabergé eggs, reflecting light dynamically throughout the day and adding a sculptural presence to the DIFC skyline. The towers are particularly striking at night, when illuminated LED systems accentuate their contours.

A defining feature of Park Towers is their direct integration into DIFC’s Gate Avenue – a central pedestrian spine connecting key commercial and retail destinations within the district. This seamless connection enhances accessibility for tenants, clients, and visitors, allowing effortless indoor access to a wide array of upscale dining, retail, and business services across the DIFC zone.
