About the Central Park Towers in DIFC

Central Park Towers is one of the most prominent mixed-use developments in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The project was developed by Dubai Properties Group in collaboration with Diyar and was conceived in the mid-2000s to support the growing demand for high-end commercial and residential space in Dubai’s financial district. Construction began around 2008, and despite delays during the global financial crisis, the towers were structurally topped out by 2010 and fully completed by 2014. Designed by the renowned architectural firm Hopkins Architects and built by Arab Tec, the project consists of two striking towers a 45-story office tower and a 47-story residential tower connected by a shared podium that houses retail, dining, and leisure spaces.

The Central Park Office Tower spans over 1 million square feet of premium office space, making it one of the largest single-owned office properties in DIFC. It quickly attracted global financial institutions, media companies, and corporate headquarters, including Nasdaq Dubai, Bank of Singapore, ICICI Bank, and Marriott International. The residential tower includes nearly 400 units ranging from studios to luxurious duplex penthouses, many offering panoramic views of Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai, and the Burj Khalifa. The development was designed to provide a full lifestyle experience with amenities such as gyms, swimming pools, squash courts, concierge services, and advanced parking systems.

Since opening, Central Park Towers has become a key part of the DIFC skyline and a preferred address for both international businesses and residents seeking upscale urban living. In 2024, it achieved LEED Gold certification, recognizing its environmentally sustainable design and operations. Today, Central Park Towers is home to over 190 companies and more than 30 retail and food outlets, solidifying its reputation as one of the most dynamic and integrated commercial-residential hubs in Dubai’s financial center.
